Friendship Title, Inc. is located in the heart of Chevy Chase, Maryland. It is easily accessible via Metro, Bus, and Car. There is plenty of parking available in and around the Chevy Chase Building, in which Friendship Title is located. Directions to our office can be found here.

Directions







From the North. Take 495 to the Wisconsin Avenue (355) exit. Head SOUTH down Wisconsin Avenue to the intersection at Somerset Terrace. The Chevy Chase Building is located on the corner of Somerset Terrace and Wisconsin Avenue, on the RIGHT. Limited parking is available in the Chevy Chase Building. Additional parking is available at Saks Fifth Avenue (turn LEFT at the Somerset Terrace/Wisconsin intersection) and the Holiday Inn (turn RIGHT in the first driveway after the Chevy Chase Building).

From the South.  Take Wisconsin Avenue NORTH.  After crossing the District of Columbia/Maryland state line at Western Avenue, continue NORTH on Wisconsin through 3 lights.  The Chevy Chase Building is located on the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Somerset Terrace, at the 4th light.  Limited parking is available in the Chevy Chase Building (turn LEFT off of Wisconsin into the parking garage).  Additional parking is available at Saks Fifth Avenue (turn RIGHT at the Somerset Terrace/Wisconsin intersection - 4th light) and the Holiday Inn (make a U-turn at the 4th light and turn RIGHT in the first driveway after the Chevy Chase Building).

Via Metro. We are located just north of the Friendship Heights Metro stop on the RED LINE. Take the Western Avenue Exit, through Hecht's. The Chevy Chase Building is 3 blocks North on the left hand of Wisconsin Avenue.
